- Or, click on your assignment title in your Work In Progress folder located at the top left of your dashboard. This will open up your assignment's 'Write' page. Click on the blue assignment title link and a pop-up box will display this information.

(page 1 of 1)Kristi,
That was helpful. I tried to write an assignment from memory, except my memory failed me. The assignment was "Preparing for a Long Trip Away," which essentially meant what should you take with you instead of my memory of what you should do to the stuff you are leaving behind. Oh well, we'll get this straightened out.

Hi Kristi, Hi Everyone-
I have so many real-life true stories about bloops and blunders in the realm of Customer Service- from drive-thru disasters to dealing with utility companies and state agencies.
I would love to see a forum for this subject- and how it all relates back to Career Training, Personal Skill development, internal and external customer service skills and tips, Lifestyle and Money (when they take it in error).
As a former customer service rep, sales rep, retail sales person and a certified Customer Service Trainer, I have enough material to last a year at least. And that's with just one article a week...
Thank you for having me on Seed. I have a lot to learn and a lot to share.
